If you are not 100% happy with any of our full priced items you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, we will email you store credit that can be used instore or online or a refund.

Return Procedure

  • If you wish to return an item, please first contact us first to inform us of your return via a call or text us on 0438 456 311. PLEASE DO NO EMAIL US regarding your return as sometimes emails go to junk mail and we don't always find them. 
  • We will process your return within 3 business days of receiving your item. 
  • Once your return has been processed we will inbox or email you a store credit in the form of a gift card along with instructions on how to use it. 
  • If you have not received your inbox/email, please check your junk mail as it may have gone into there. 
  • We are also more than happy to exchange or issue you a credit voucher for your full priced item in our store located at 50 Sackville Street, Port Fairy, Victoria Australia. Please bring your receipt or we may not be able to accept your return.

Exchanging for a different style:

  • We are unable to hold any items for exchange. 
  • Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued via inbox/email you may use this store credit to purchase a new product. 

Exchanging for a different size:

  • We only accept exchanging for a different size on full price items with all tags attached unless the item is faulty. If items are not in as new condition with tags, it may be returned to you. 
  • The shipping fee will be at the customers cost.

Terms of Returning an item:

  • All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. 
  • All tags and incidentals (e.g. spare buttons) must be attached. Please take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains. 
  • If we deem the item not to be in perfect condition the item will simply be returned to the customer. 

Sale, Discounted, Promotional items:

  • Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for exchange on sale items unless the item is deemed as faulty. We also do not accept returns for discounted items such as promotional sales: example 20%, 30%, 50% off sales.
  • Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items or discounted items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit. 

Faulty items:

  • We do our best to thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping and in some cases a style may have missed. In the rare event that a product is faulty please call us on 0438 456 311 or pop into the store.
  • If the item is faulty, we will replace the item or offer a full refund of the purchase price if we cannot replace it. We will cover all postage costs to replace it with an identical item whenever possible. 
  • If you do not want the replacement item this is considered to be a change of mind and a store credit will be issued.
  • All garments must be returned to us within 2 months from purchase date. We believe this is enough time to find a manufacturing fault in the garments. All returns after this date will be at the discretion of Harrip & Co.
  • Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. 


  • To return your product, please send your product to: 50 Sackville Street, Port Fairy Vic 3284. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to register the returned package with Australia Post and keep track of the registration number. Please keep the tracking number handy in case the parcel goes missing. Harrip & Co. CANNOT be held liable for parcels that go missing.

Discount Codes:

  • Only one discount/credit code can be used per order
  • If you have 2 codes at the time of a sale, we can only honour one of these so you will need to decide which one you choose to use.
  • If you forget to include the code we are unable to refund/credit the difference or amend this. 
  • We do not accept returns for discounted items
