Returns, Refunds & Exchange
At Harrip & Co. we understand that online shopping can sometimes be difficult. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will accept return of any full-priced unworn, unwashed/unworn item within 7 business days of the receipt of purchase (except for sale items) for an exchange. We do not refund BUT we are happy to provide you with a credit voucher valid for 36 months. To be eligible for an exchange/credit, items should be in the original condition as when it was received including tags, the original packaging & in the same condition that received it. STRICTLY NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first to inform us of your return via text or phone call on 0438 456 311. *Please note the item must be not be crinkled up in a ball, it must be in the original condition with all tags attached. By law we are not obliged to provide you with a refund & we do not offer exchange/credit note on sale Items. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please provide a copy of this with your returned item. Returns should be addressed to the following address: Returns Department - Harrip & Co., 50 Sackville Street, Port Fairy VIC 3284 or bring the item into the store. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your items to us.
*All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (ie spare buttons) must be attached. Please take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains. If we deem the item or packaging not to be in perfect condition the item will simply be returned to the customer.
We are more happy to exchange or issue you a credit voucher for your item in our store located at 50 Sackville Street, Port Fairy, Victoria Australia.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items unless deemed faulty (see faulty good disclaimer below). Harrip & Co. does not refund shipping costs for returned items, customers are responsible for all shipping costs of returned items.
It is the responsibility of the customer to register the returned package with Australia Post and keep track of the registration number. Please keep the tracking number handy in case the parcel goes missing. Harrip & Co. CANNOT be held liable for parcels that go missing.
International Returns/Refunds
Please note there are NO returns, refunds or exchanges for any international orders.
Processing Time
We will process your return within 3 business days of receiving your item.
Faulty Items
We do our best to thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare event that a product is faulty please contact either by calling or texting us ASAP on 0438 456 311 . We will cover all postage costs to replace it with an identical item whenever possible. If you do not want the replacement item this is considered to be a change of mind and a store credit will be issued. All garments must be returned to us within 2 months from purchase date. We believe this is enough time to find a manufacturing fault in the garments. All returns after this date will be at the discretion of Harrip & Co. Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items.
Sale items:
Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for exchange on sale items. If you require the same item in a different size please call or text on 0438 456 311 with your order number and request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
